Shipping Information


    • The Packers Pro Shop does not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address must be provided for shipping. 
    • Standard shipping service can utilize UPS Ground or UPS Surepost depending on your order and shipping address.  Orders sent via UPS Surepost can be delivered by USPS to your requested shipping address.
    • Allow 2-3 weeks to prepare orders for shipping.  Please note anticipated ship time on the product description if the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.[ top ]

APO & FPO Shipping 

AirMail - All APO & FPO packages must be shipped via AirMail (U.S.Postal Service). Shipping costs determined by the weight of the package. Packages cannot be tracked and the Packers Pro Shop cannot guarantee delivery of the package. The Packers Pro Shop is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. Minimum shipping begins at $9.95.

Canadian & International Shipping 
Packages ship via UPS Iparcel. Rates are based on the recipients country and package weight. Expect approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. International orders can be placed using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

  • Please Note: International shipping is not available for items shipped directly from the manufacturer. 
  • Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. 
  • Delivery times are estimates. All shipping times are based on business days; Saturdays and Sundays are excluded. The Green Bay Packers Pro Shop cannot be responsible for delayed orders held in customs. 
  • The Packers Pro Shop does not accept Charge Card orders originated by an International Customer that ships to a different International or Domestic (Continental United States) recipient. 
  • The Packers Pro Shop does not accept orders originated by a Domestic Customer (Continental United States) and shipping to an International recipient.

Fraud Prevention 
In order to protect the Packers Pro Shop and our customers from fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to verify any order for fraud prevention purposes. This verification may be made by phone or email. 

This may result in delays to 2nd Day and Next Day Air orders. 

If we are unable to verify order information within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and we will use reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.
